Terence Barnes is a Houston real estate agent and co-founder of the HTX Group at Realty of America, LLC. With almost 2 decades residential real estate experience, he helps sellers and buyers navigate pricing, negotiations, and the decisions involved in making a move.

A University of Houston graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Terence brings an analytical approach to real estate, pairing market data with practical guidance and clear communication. His work focuses on home sellers, buyers, luxury homes, new construction and corporate relocation.

Terence serves Greater Houston, including Spring Branch, Memorial, the Heights, Garden Oaks, Oak Forest, Cypress, Katy, The Woodlands, Sugar Land, and Sienna. He helps clients evaluate neighborhoods to move to, prepare their homes for sale, and coordinate the complexity of selling and buying simultaneously. He focus on making the process detailed, data-driven, stress-free, and fun!

Outside of real estate, Terence enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, playing golf, staying active and volunteering at Church.
