Josh Hill is a Houston real estate agent and leader of the HTX Group, affiliated with Realty of America. A lifelong Houstonian with more than 20 years of real estate experience, Josh helps buyers and sellers make informed decisions throughout the Greater Houston area, with a focus on the Greater Heights, Memorial Villages, Spring Branch, and Katy.

Josh works with first-time buyers, growing families, move-up buyers, sellers, and clients relocating to Houston. His experience includes resale homes, new construction, townhomes, and high-rise properties. Whether helping a client evaluate neighborhoods, prepare a home for sale, or negotiate a purchase, he combines local market knowledge with clear communication and a practical, data-driven approach.
